Q: How do I access the manuals of Mobeyond applications?

A: Simply log in with the same user you use in our applications inside the knowledgebase.
This can be done by clicking the "Log in" button in the top right corner of this screen.


Q: How do I get access to the Mobeyond applications?

A: Every user must be created by the registered company manager of an account.
This is usually a manager inside your organisation. 
Ask a colleague who already has a user to log in, and click on their initials on the homepage. A list of managers will be shown on the left side of their screen. Reach out to any of them to obtain the required access.



Q: How do I add another application to my account?

A: Simply contact your user- or company manager to request access to an extra application.
If this application is not yet active on your account, your company manager will have to reach out to our support departement to get the new application set-up. A modification to the contract might be required.
