Q: Where can I find the terms and conditions and privacy policy of the platforms?

A: You will find the terms and conditions in your contract. You can always request a copy of it via our legal team by logging a ticket here. 

The privacy policy can be found in your DPA which should be attached to the contract.

Q: How does the platform handle my personal data?
A: We take data privacy seriously. All personal data is handled in compliance with relevant data protection laws, such as GDPR and is used strictly to provide and improve our services.

Q: Is my data shared with third parties?
A: We only share your data with trusted third parties and subcontractors when it’s necessary to deliver our services, and we ensure they comply with strict data protection standards.  More information is available in your DPA.

The personal data you provide us with on the platforms will only leave the EEA with your prior written consent.

Q: How do I request access to my data?
A: You can request access to your personal data by contacting our data protection officer at gdpr@rentasolutions.org. 

We will process or transmit your request in accordance with applicable legal guidelines.

Q: What happens if there’s a breach of compliance or security incident?
A: In the unlikely event of a security breach, we will promptly notify affected customers and take appropriate measures to contain the issue, in line with applicable legal requirements.

Q: Does the platform comply with industry standards for security?

A: Yes, we comply with industry standards for security, including encryption, regular audits, and secure data storage to ensure your information is protected. 

Our yearly ISO 27001 certification is part of our commitment to keeping your data safe.
